FLIGHT is our industry-leading training and coaching program. For new-to-the-industry agents, all the way up to top performers, our training program is designed to meet the individual needs of each agent. 

Between our training cohorts, one-on-one coaching options, and multiple weekly training classes, our goal is to ensure that each agent has the knowledge and understanding of not only the real estate transaction, but how to effectively use internal tools and achieve their personal and professional goals.

At jgR, all new agents to the brokerage are assessed and given a Flight Plan which includes the only fully in-house real estate training program for aspiring agents.

2. Work with our team of career guides

Agents then move into the growth step we call Ascent where we emphasize continuous learning, accountability and brand, systems and process learning.

Group and small group coaching is highly emphasized in the Ascent phase and is available to you at no additional cost.

3. Ascend to the results you deserve
