Meet Agent

Ken Gerrans is a lifelong resident of the Naperville area, a graduate of Naperville Central High School, and a dedicated member of the community. Prior to earning his real estate license in 2006, Ken spent more than 15 years covering sports in a variety of capacities for several national television networks.

He is a full-time agent, working with both sellers and buyers, new construction and residential resale, single-family, multifamily and vacant land. Market conditions dictate that much of his work in recent years has been with REO properties on both the buy and sell sides. Past client testimonials paint a picture of the consummate professional, whose knowledge of the local market, neighborhoods, and trends has proven to be a valuable asset. He is a skilled negotiator whose ultimate goal is to protect his client's equity.

An avid sportsman, Ken has served as head coach of several youth sports teams including St. Raphael football, Naperville Little League, Naperville Baseball Association, Naperville YMCA, and Saints Peter and Paul basketball program. He enjoys golf and spending time with his wife, Karissa, and four children.
