I want to personally thank every one of our current and past employees who have worked so hard to build an incredible brand. I would also like to thank every one of our clients over the years for trusting us with their real estate needs. It is not only the soul of why we do this, but it has provided us the good fortune of continuing to reinvest in our mission to create lasting change in the real estate industry.

Since John Greene founded the company in 1976, we have always staked our company’s differentiation largely on our people. We are obsessed with identifying the best talent. Hand-selected agents, leadership and support staff that share our same sensibilities. We all live & love local. We are unified in our desire to improve the way people experience real estate.

Like so many industries, an infusion of capital is funding a wave of new real estate models. We have always had a “bring it on” mentality to this wave of change. We love innovation and technology and the potential impact it can have in creating a better client experience and making our agents more efficient.
