Meet Agent

Phil essentially grew up in the John Greene office. Growing up locally in Naperville and attending schools in the Naperville 203 School District, his family has worked for John Greene for over 24 years. Learning the industry and helping his family, Phil gained knowledge and a passion for helping people sell or buy homes. Phil grew relationships and worked with builders in the western suburbs during his experience that has helped him become knowledgeable of current and new homes in the area. Phil continued his education at the University of Illinois at Chicago and received his Master's of Education while being a part of the division one men’s basketball team. Following being a part of the team, Phil joined the coaching staff for four years and served in a number of roles including Director of Operations.  

Phil has learned how to market homes aggressively and is in charge of the Gaul Team’s social media strategy to market homes on over 20 different property search sites. His goal is to get you the BEST VALUE.
