I have been a Full-Time Realtor with john greene Realtor since 2002. I chose john greene Realtor to hang my license because of the Family Values of the Company.

As a full-time licensed real estate Broker, I have enjoyed serving more than 200 families over the past ten years.  The key to my success in satisfying buyers & sellers begins with understanding each family's preferences in great detail.  Pre-screening of all available listings saves my buyer clients' time in selecting homes to visit.  Detailed analysis of market trends and competing listings confirms my pricing recommendations for sellers as well as contract offers for buyers.  Frequent communications, persuasive negotiations skills, focused attention to detail, and thorough follow-through on every facet of sale contracts assures that my clients' real estate transactions are Successful experiences.
