Selling real estate is 7 days a week job. Period. Most often when consumers are ready to purchase they have very little extra time. Scheduling must accommodate
their availability. Since 1976, we have been extremely careful to maintain our level of integrity and commitment with every agent we choose to include on
our team. We all recognize how one poor player can destroy the effectiveness of any good sports team. The same holds true for a real estate sales team.
Too often companies, in their overvalued desire for growth, would include agents that simply don't believe in excellence. Our "better way" is to provide
only full time, well informed, well trained, attentive agents.
We believe a real estate agent should have expertise in all aspects of the sale including contract negotiation, financing, survey, title, closing documents,
home inspection, moving information and so much more. In today's world, "Information is free. Knowledge is priceless." Our agents are committed to follow
