Paola Ferguson has focused her professional Real Estate efforts and knowledge in guiding different communities in Chicago and suburbs in understanding the distressed Real Estate Market. As she listened to case after case of people in hardship and losing their home, she decided to get educated on the alternatives to foreclosure, such as Short sales. In 2007 she co-founded two companies that provided full Real Estate services, from processing short sales to finding great investments for buyers. Serving first time home buyers is especially rewarding for her, since there has never been a better time to buy. Ms. Ferguson was installed as an executive Board member for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), Chicago Chapter, in January of 2010. She is constantly involved in educational seminars partnered with lenders and other companies to educate Realtors and brokers on the new Real Estate laws and government programs. With a strong background in Marketing and sales, she helped her mother found Spanish Learning Center, Inc. in 2004, a company dedicated to bilingual education serving the Chicago public schools and suburbs, with a mission to improve language and reading skills for underpriviledged children. She emigrated from Mexico City at age 20 and obtained her Degree in communications with a minor in International business from DePaul University in 2000. Fluent in English and Spanish and proud to be able to serve the Chicago area community as a Real Estate proffessional and counselor. She joined John Greene Realtor in 2009. |
